''Adelpha cocala'', the Cocala Sister, is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It was described by Cramer in 1779. It is found from Honduras to Panama, Guatemala, Venezuela, Colombia, Surinam, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil.
